With this program there are no credit check so everyone qualifies.
Same as Cash
If the cabin is paid in full within 90 days no interest in incurred. The user must make their monthly payments during that time but if they pay the contract off within those 90 days there will be no extra fees.
Early Pay Off
There is no penalty for early off of the loan.
If the cabin is not paid off during the same as cash period then a portion of each monthly payment goes towards a rental fee. The amount depends on the length of the contract.
24 months - 30%
36 months - 40%
48 months - 50%
60 months - 57%
Finance Up To $25,000
The most a buyer can finance for a rent to own contract is $25,000 before tax.
Any contract $15,000 - $25,000 they must put down 20% for the down payment. The down payment covers their first payment, so the next payment won't be due until after the shed is delivered.
